The pace is set by what you hand over: the signed agreement, the deposit, access to your store and the inventory. With those in hand, the Shopify or Amazon connection is configured and tested within one business day, and your inventory is counted against its packing list and photographed at intake, with the receiving report within two business days. Accounts that hand over everything at once are selling by the third business day.
No. There is no monthly minimum or lock-in contract. You only pay for the services you use, whether you have 10 or 500 orders a month. This makes us ideal for growing brands or those with variable volume.
We connect your store directly to our inventory system. When a customer places an order, it goes straight into our shipping queue. You don't need to send anything manually. We also support Amazon, WooCommerce and others via webhook or API.
We work with FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. You choose your preferred carrier or we can pick the most economical one by destination and weight. Tracking is generated automatically and sent to the customer or your store, as configured.
We dispatch from Fairview, Oregon, and every order leaves the same day it is ready. From the West Coast, a shipment to the East travels farther, that is geography, not a delay on our end. We are the optimal node for brands selling into the West or importing through Pacific ports. If most of your buyers are out east, tell us going in: our same-day dispatch still holds, the miles are just longer.
Yes. International sellers ship to us with the client, or their U.S. entity, acting as Importer of Record; goods arrive customs-cleared (DDP), and service runs on prepaid terms. Support is in writing, in English and Spanish, which works across time zones. The full structure is set out in the service contract before anything ships.
Yes. We handle fragile products with reinforced packaging, high-value items with double-verification protocol, and products requiring special labeling. We coordinate exact requirements before the first reception.
Every reception includes evidence photography. If a product is damaged in our custody, we document the incident, coordinate replacement or credit, and adjust the inventory. We have a clear liability protocol detailed in the base contract.
Yes. You can request a supervised inspection of your inventory with advance notice, as set out in the storage agreement. And from day one you have the portal: every inbound enters with its check-in photograph, counted against your packing list, and every order leaves with the interior shot before it seals and the exterior once sealed. Between a scheduled inspection and that evidence, you see more than a casual visit would show you.
