Your product does not sit open on a table waiting its turn. It is put away as soon as it arrives and taken out when it is time to pack it.
We wear gloves at all times, and each item is held by its edges, never by the surface your customer will see first.
Before the box is closed, someone checks it against the order. Not a scanner: a person.
This standard describes what we do today, not what we plan. When climate-controlled storage is added, a line will be added with it. None of these will be removed.

Every client gets access to a portal where their operation is documented, order by order. This is how it works:
You sign in with your access code, from any device. Nothing to install.
The Two-Photo Rule: orders are photographed open and sealed before they ship, timestamped by the server. Both photos land in your portal.
Every order links its tracking number the day it leaves, and every inventory receiving is counted and photographed.
The storage room's temperature log is published to your portal. Your inventory's condition is not an act of faith.
Permanent by design: evidence cannot be edited or deleted, because the portal has no such function, on purpose. It is kept for six months and you can download all of it anytime.
Across the industry, photo documentation is commonly billed as an add-on, at $1 to $5 per unit. Here it is the standard: included in the pick & pack rate of every order.
