Amazon retired its own prep service at the start of 2026, which put every seller who relied on it in the market for a prep partner. This is that partner, run at parcel level from a dedicated room in Fairview, Oregon, with the owner doing the labeling and answering the email.
What it costs
- Prep: $1.10 to $1.60 per unit, by monthly volume. Per unit, by monthly volume: $1.60 (1-300), $1.35 (301-1,000), $1.10 (1,001+). $45.00 minimum per batch. Includes FNSKU labeling, original barcode coverage, poly bagging where required, box content labels, and photographic evidence of every batch.
- Oversize: +$0.50 per unit over 2 kg or with a longest side over 45 cm.
- Bundles: +$0.35 per multi-piece unit assembled.
- Receiving: $3.00 per carton, counted and photographed the day it arrives.
- Materials at cost, no markup, supplier invoice open to you. Send your own poly bags and the line disappears.
- No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract term. Outbound shipping stays on your own Amazon carrier rates.
The batch minimum
Every batch bills at $45.00 or the per-unit total, whichever is higher. Receiving, plan review, outbound boxing and carrier coordination are the same work at 25 units as at 250.
Storage between batches
Prep inventory that ships out within seven days carries no storage line. Beyond that it bills at the standard rate of $25.00 per occupied position per month, the same rate as any fulfillment account.
