1. Who we are

EdCo Fulfillment LLC (hereafter, "EdCo") is a 3PL logistics company with operations in Fairview, Oregon, USA. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data of our service clients and edcofulfillment.com visitors.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact data: name, email, phone, company or store name, sales platform. Collected when you fill out a form on edcofulfillment.com or contact us directly.
  • Operational data: products, SKUs, quantities, inventory movements, order history. Required to provide fulfillment service.
  • Billing data: monthly volume, billed concepts, payment status. We do not store card numbers: payments are processed by external providers (Stripe, bank transfer) that comply with PCI-DSS.
  • Technical data: IP, browser, pages visited. Used only for aggregated analytics and security (rate limit, abuse prevention).

3. What we use them for

  • Provide the service: receive your inventory, process orders, dispatch packages, send stock alerts.
  • Communicate with you: replies to your inquiries, operational alerts, support.
  • Improve the service: internal stats on times, accuracy, errors. Always aggregated, never sharing individual records.
  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share them with

EdCo does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with:

  • Carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL): recipient name and address, package weight and dimensions. The minimum required for delivery.
  • Sales platforms you connect (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce): we receive orders and send tracking. The integration is two-way and authorized by you on each platform.
  • Payment processors: Stripe and similar, subject to their own policies.
  • Legal authorities: only under valid court order.

5. How long we keep them

We retain your data while you are an active client and for up to 7 years after service termination, for tax and accounting requirements. After that period the data is destroyed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we respond within 30 business days.

7. Security

Data travels encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+). Passwords are stored hashed (pbkdf2_sha256, 200k iterations, random salt). The client portal uses secure session cookies with automatic expiration.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and store your language preference. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

The contact form records which page you arrived on, the site that referred you and the pages you visited before writing. That record travels with your message and tells us which part of the site answers questions. It is kept in your browser for the length of the visit, it is not a cookie, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

Immediate access: every inbound receipt with its check-in photograph, every order with the interior shot before it seals and the exterior once sealed, and the storage room temperature log.

Same-day dispatch

Orders received before noon ship the same day. Automatic tracking for your customer.

Published rates

Every charge is on the site before you ask, and the rates you sign at stay yours for as long as your contract remains in effect.

Direct support

Inquiries: answered the same business day. Dispatch issues on a live account: under an hour, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. All in writing, no bots, no tickets.
