Receiving
Each inbound is counted against your packing list and photographed at intake. Any discrepancy is in your portal the day it is found, and the receiving report follows within two business days.

Storage
Organized, secure space. Billed by occupied position, never for empty space. One-month minimum. Inventory without movement for more than 180 days carries a 25% surcharge.

Every inbound receipt and every order with its photographic evidence, plus the storage room temperature log. No extra cost.

Shipping Label
Charged only when we generate it. If you generate labels on your own platform and send them to us, there is no charge. Postage is always billed at carrier cost, with no markup.

Enhanced Inspection
Optional. A checklist you define, a per-pack weight check and photographic evidence in your portal. It applies to inbound inventory or to returned units.

Packaging Materials
Protective mailer included in the pick and pack rate. Items that require a corrugated box are billed at our supplier cost with no markup, open to the invoice on request, or you send your own cartons with the inbound freight and the line does not apply.

Limits
A standard is also defined
by what it does not accept.

We do not receive full containers. Merchandise arrives by the box and by the pallet.

We do not store merchandise classified as hazardous material.
03
We do not act as importer of record. Your goods clear customs under your name; we receive them once they are in the country.
Each limit exists to protect the merchandise already under our standard. What we accept, we deliver in full.
