Finished stock waits on a shelf in Fairview, Oregon, and each order received before noon Pacific ships that business day. Every rate is published and there is no monthly minimum.
An Etsy shop reaches a point where the making is done and the packing takes the rest of the day. For a shop that sells finished items, the packing can move to a shelf here: prints, patterns, supplies, kits, books and other stock that exists before the order arrives.
The rate card
- Pick and pack: $3.00 per order, first item included, with the protective mailer. Each additional item in the same order is $0.50.
- Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
- Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum. It is billed per position, not per listing.
- Returns: $4.00 per return, inspected and photographed.
- No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract term.
What a month costs
Thirty orders and one storage position come to $115.00 in service fees. Postage is on top, at the carrier's cost, with $0.50 on a label we generate and nothing on a label you send us. A month with fewer orders bills fewer orders.
How your orders reach us
The Etsy connector is built and our application is registered with Etsy. What has not happened yet is a live run against a production shop. Yours would be configured and validated during onboarding, before your first real order moves.
What happens to each order
Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders are photographed before they seal, and the photographs sit in your portal with the receiving record of the carton the item came from.
Where EdCo is not the answer
EdCo stores and ships finished items. It does not make, print, engrave or personalize them, so an item that is created after the order arrives stays with its maker. Products regulated as food and cartons over fifty pounds are also outside what the facility takes.
Other channels on the same account
A shop that also sells on its own site can read fulfillment for Shopify stores. The monthly arithmetic at lower volumes is in low-volume fulfillment.
