Fulfillment for Shopify stores,
priced before you ask.
A Shopify store that ships thirty or three hundred orders a month gets one published rate card here: no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no contract term.
A Shopify store that has outgrown packing at home, and has not reached the minimums of a national network, asks one thing first: what a month will cost. The answer is on this page, and it is the same for every account.
The rate card
- Pick and pack: $3.00 per order, first item included, with the protective mailer. Each additional item in the same order is $0.50.
- Receiving: $3.00 per box, counted against your packing list and photographed at intake.
- Storage: $25.00 per occupied position per month, with a one month minimum. It is billed per position, not per SKU.
- Returns: $4.00 per return, inspected and photographed.
- No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract term.
- The carrier is your choice. Postage bills at cost with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, with $0.50 on a label we generate and nothing on a label you send us.
What a month costs
Thirty orders and one storage position come to $115.00 in service fees. One hundred orders and one position come to $325.00. Postage is on top, at the carrier's cost. A month with fewer orders bills fewer orders.
How your orders reach us
Orders would import automatically from your Shopify store. We configure and test the connection against your store during onboarding, before your first live order. Until that test has passed on your own store, nothing is described to you as working.
What happens to each order
Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders are photographed before they seal, and the photographs sit in your portal with the receiving record of the cartons they came from. Fragile products are packed with reinforced packaging.
Where EdCo is not the answer
EdCo ships from one location in Fairview, Oregon, and works at parcel level. It does not split inventory across regions, move freight on pallets or take products regulated as food. A store that prints or makes each item to order has nothing to keep on a shelf here. It is better to read that on this page than after the inventory has moved.
Other channels on the same account
The same shelf and the same rate card serve a store that also sells on Etsy, eBay or TikTok Shop. A store based on the East Coast that wants stock closer to its western customers can read a West Coast shelf for brands based elsewhere. The monthly arithmetic at lower volumes is in low-volume fulfillment.
